At Cheeky Monkey Toys, we want your little ones to love their new outfits as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Bring your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
